Higher education development is one of the complex challenges that aspiring countries face in developing and keeping pace with the new era and the information revolution. It gets harder because of the progress in the technology, communication, and information technology domains. In addition to the increase in the latest education methods and the stoppage of other traditional education methods, Also, the labour market needs to change continuously locally, regionally, and internationally.
Strategically planning concerns outlining goals and identifying achieving ways in the frame of the faculty's resources or those it might provide. Strategically planning is done by studying the current status or specifying its dimensions including strengths, weakness, chances, and threats, and preparing the faculty's mission that identifies its role. Moreover, framing the future vision upon this description and then adding the strategic goals.
Also, the faculty's strategic plan, was outlined within the frame of Egypt's strategy of Sustainable Development (Egypt's Vision 2030), the Ministry of Higher Education strategy, the Suez Canal University strategy (2020-2025), and revision of the faculty's vision, mission, objective, strategically goals, and revising faculty's previous strategically plan (2016-2021).
Finally, thanks to the faculty and university members who participated in drafting the strategic plan and especially for the team.
